Babies are cute, which makes them a weakness for most people, the way they smile, and giggle at the simplest thing. However not everyone is stable enough to have one on their own. People should not be judge base on the decisions they make .Having a baby requires so much from a person, especially if you are a single mother; it is worst if you are making low income. I am not justifying the decisions that some women make, but I can understand why some of them make the choice that they do. I personally know someone that had an abortion. She did not do it to be cruel, but because she was financially unstable; bringing a baby into the world would have been heartless. Nonetheless, abortion should be legal, people have it base on the situation they in; it should not be a question but a necessity. For many years now, there has been some disagreement in our society about whether abortion should be legal. According to the Roe v. Wade case” The U.S supreme court has declared abortion to be a fundamental right guaranteed by the U.S constitution”(49). Many women has an abortion for the same reason, people go to school, which is to better their lives. We as women need to feel like we have some control over when we have a child. Planned Parenthood V. Casey has pointed out “the ability of women to participate equally in the economic and social life of the Nation has been facilitated by their ability to control their reproductive lives”(Planned Parenthood,8).As human we…
